What is an AI written message?
An AI written message is a human-like message written by your AI Team, a customized chat engine that uses information found on your Shopify store and any past chat history with the customer. We provide two options for you - one is a draft option, where we fill out the response for you but do not send it. The second is an autosend option, where we write and send the message for you within seconds.
What counts as an autosent AI message?
When a message comes into your store, we automatically categorize what type of message it is. You can choose which categories you would like to autosend to. We do not count any autosent messages in the 'Welcome' category towards your monthly usage. Any other messages written and sent automatically will count towards your monthly usage count.
What happens if I use all of my autosent messages for the month?
Talkvisor will continue to work as normal, but AI written messages will no longer be autosent for you. Instead, you'll see them pre-filled in the response section of each conversation. You will still be able to talk to your customers through any of the integrations you have already set up!
Do you charge per customer?
As of now, our pricing policy does not charge per customer, meaning you can have conversations with an unlimited number of customers.
Are there any other additional charges?
Any additional charges for use of your WhatsApp business account will be billed separately between your business account and WhatsApp. There are no additional monthly charges for our app outside of what you see charged through Shopify. For our Unlimited plan, we reserve the right to reconsider your current billing plan if the usage exceeds reasonable use.
