Main Features

An AI written message is a human-like message written by your AI Team, a customized engine that uses information provided on your Shopify store and any past history with the customer. Each AI written message is generated for you to review before sending off. You can control which categories to generate AI messages for. Also, any messages generated for the "Welcome" category are free and do not count against the monthly total!

Talkvisor will continue to work as normal, but AI written messages will no longer be drafted for you. You will still be able to talk to your customers through any of the integrations you have already set up!

As of now, our pricing policy does not charge per customer or per agent seat, meaning you can have an unlimited number of customers to talk with and an unlimited number of agents for your store to respond to customers. We charge mainly based on the number of AI written messages.

Any additional charges for use of your WhatsApp business account will be billed separately between your business account and Whatsapp. There are no additional monthly charges for our app except what you see charged through Shopify.
